Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple store locations
- Willingness to learn and develop barista and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Lead and support café team to maintain compelling product presentations
- Oversee efficient running of the café ensuring smooth operations
- Model and coach best practices in drink making and food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards within the café and bookstore
- Support baristas in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and FIFO compliance
- Monitor and improve speed and accuracy at register while coaching team in customer interactions
- Enforce loss prevention procedures and de-escalate challenging situations effectively
