  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
  • fill scheduling gaps as needed
  • lead by example with positive and proactive work behaviors
  • support and assist colleagues consistently
  • provide cheerful customer service
  • coach and guide baristas in drink making, food preparation, and merchandising
  • manage register speed and accuracy
  • oversee receiving, stocking, and inventory management
  • ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
  • support bookfloor team with presentation standards
  • enforce loss prevention procedures and de-escalate challenging situations
