Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food service or cafe operations preferred

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Lead the cafe team and maintain compelling product presentations
- oversee efficient running of the cafe and ensure operational standards
- coach baristas in drink making, food preparation, and cafe processes
- maintain and adjust bake case displays and visual merchandising
- support efficient stock receiving, unpacking and accurate FIFO practices
- enforce loss prevention procedures and de-escalate challenging situations
- ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
- manage resource allocation to keep shift on track
