Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or cafe operations preferred

  • knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the cafe team and maintain compelling product presentations
  • oversee efficient running of the cafe and ensure operational standards
  • coach baristas in drink making, food preparation, and cafe processes
  • maintain and adjust bake case displays and visual merchandising
  • support efficient stock receiving, unpacking and accurate FIFO practices
  • enforce loss prevention procedures and de-escalate challenging situations
  • ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
  • manage resource allocation to keep shift on track
