Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service or retail cafe role
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- Strong interpersonal skills to support and motivate the team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

- Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members

Job Duties
- Guide the team to maintain compelling product presentations
- Oversee the efficient running of the cafe
- Lead by example with mastered barista and food preparation skills
- Coach the cafe team on merchandising and maintaining a full bake case
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Manage speed and accuracy of service at the registers
- Support baristas in receiving, unpacking, and stocking deliveries following FIFO practices
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing loss prevention procedures
