Job Duties
- Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages to Ascension standards
- deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring the highest level of guest service
- maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment, resolving basic issues
- continuously expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol, and hospitality
- receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability
- build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels
- communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams
- foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful leadership
