Job Duties
- demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of positions, policies, and procedures, mentor team members and step in to support as needed
- oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring the accurate operation of the point-of-sale system, managing cash, and making change as necessary
- address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, in line with department policies
- maintain effective communication with team members through memos, bulletin boards, shift reports, and meetings
- train new baristas and offer feedback to ensure proper techniques, customer service, and product knowledge
- monitor staff compliance with department policies, including confidentiality, POS transactions, cash handling, sales labor reporting, and product up-selling
- perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
