Job Duties
- Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving routine concerns
- Act as the point of support for baristas during shifts by offering guidance on drink preparation, workflow, and service standards
- Maintain smooth bar flow by coordinating drink production and prioritizing orders during busy periods
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency throughout the shift
- Assist with training and coaching baristas on drink preparation, equipment use, and customer service expectations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including bar stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies during shifts and communicate restocking needs
- Support opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup, cleaning, and station preparation
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and a positive work environment
