Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
- Availability to work full-time
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic cash handling skills
- Proficient in using point of sale systems like MICROS
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and cleaning equipment
- Use the MICROS system to record transactions
- Manage cash including making change and securing the cash drawer
- Balance cash at the end of the shift and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure optimal service
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and disciplining employees
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions
- Maintain a professional appearance and protect company confidentiality
- Greet guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
- Use clear and professional language and follow telephone protocols
- Support team efforts to meet common goals
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
