Job Duties
- Assist with leading the team, training new associates and supporting the day-to-day operations
- Prepare all specialty coffee and tea drinks to the specified standards
- Provide guests with professional, friendly, and timely service
- Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee equipment, counter, and prep areas
- Participate in ongoing service training of standards
- Provide a daily/weekly inventory of coffee, tea, beverages and supplies
- Polish silverware and glassware
- Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including stocking and menu knowledge
