Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 100 pounds
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar banquet or event setup role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Set up and break down banquet tables and event spaces
- Assist in the arrangement of chairs, linens, and other event materials
- Ensure all banquet areas are clean and organized before and after events
- Provide warm and knowledgeable service to guests during events
- Coordinate with event managers and other team members for smooth event execution
- Follow safety protocols when handling heavy equipment and materials
- Adapt to flexible work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
