Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in banquet or event coordination
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
good physical stamina
valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in banquet or event management
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of hospitality industry standards
capable of managing a team effectively
excellent guest service orientation
basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

Oversee banquet operations to ensure high-quality service
lead and supervise banquet staff during events
coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely food and beverage delivery
manage setup and breakdown of banquet events according to company standards
address guest needs and resolve service issues promptly
ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
maintain accurate records of event proceedings
