Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in banquet or event coordination
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • good physical stamina
  • valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Oversee banquet operations to ensure high-quality service
  • lead and supervise banquet staff during events
  • coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely food and beverage delivery
  • manage setup and breakdown of banquet events according to company standards
  • address guest needs and resolve service issues promptly
  • ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
  • maintain accurate records of event proceedings
