Job Requirements
- Three years of baking and cooking experience required
- Serve Safe certification required within 3 months of hire
- Ability to work in a healthcare food service environment
- Eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus if separated from MaineHealth system for 6 months
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Serve as point person in bakeshop, kitchen or cafe areas

- Maintain health and safety standards
- Manage work schedules and coordinate tasks
- Ensure quality and consistency of baked goods and meals
- Collaborate with multi-campus teams for food distribution
