Job Requirements
- Certification in food safety
- Proven experience as a baker or cook
- Ability to work independently
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of food preparation principles, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Certification in food safety is required
- Basic math and counting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Job Duties
- Assign daily work tasks to the food service team and oversee their completion
- Train staff on food safety, proper cooking techniques, and kitchen responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of foods according to standardized recipes
- Set up your workstation with necessary ingredients and equipment
- Measure, mix, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking
- Safely operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and mixers
- Use various cooking methods such as baking, roasting, and broiling
- Carefully arrange and garnish food items as per guidelines
- Ensure proper food storage and adhere to safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor with guests and team members
