Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Ability to read and interpret baking manuals and documents
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
  • Dependable transportation and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and improve product knowledge

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous baking experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed baking procedures
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work early mornings and maintain punctuality
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Bake the best bread possible using the procedures in the DiBella's Bread Manual
  • Follow the locations par list for the amount to bake on a daily basis
  • Keep the bakery clean and organized and report any equipment deficiencies
  • Utilize all safety equipment provided to ensure crew and guest safety
  • Prepare and serve menu items according to portion guidelines
  • Properly set up deli products/items such as cheeses, meats, breads, condiments, sauces, napkins, and wrap paper
  • Prepare hot and cold sandwiches at the customer's request
