- ability to follow exact recipes and produce consistent quality
- strong technical baking skills
- passion for baking and creating beautiful desserts
- must be able to work independently
- ability to handle high volume production calmly and professionally
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of vegan baking is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- produce the daily par of desserts for the restaurant
- weekly production of desserts for banquets
- able to create specialty cakes for all occasions (no wedding cakes)
- able to handle high volume production in a professional calm manner
- takes responsibility for the final product
- must be able to work independently and complete the daily production
- weekly schedule to be discussed at the interview
