Job Requirements
- HS diploma GED or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to read write fluently speak and understand the English language
- Strong leadership communication and organization
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or a related field preferred
- Experience in supervising cleaning crews
- Familiarity with airline cleaning standards and procedures
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Experience using cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
Job Duties
- Supervise and assist with the cleaning of aircraft cabins including seats tray tables lavatories and galleys
- Ensure compliance with airline standards safety procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Assign tasks to cabin cleaning agents and monitor performance to maintain efficiency
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met before aircraft departure
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques equipment usage and safety procedures
- Communicate with supervisors and airline representatives regarding cleaning schedules and special requests
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
