Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in aircraft cabin cleaning or a related field preferred
  • HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in supervising cleaning crews
  • Familiarity with airline cleaning standards and procedures
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Experience using cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently

Job Duties

  • Supervise and assist with the cleaning of aircraft cabins, including seats, tray tables, lavatories, and galleys
  • Ensure compliance with airline standards, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assign tasks to cabin cleaning agents and monitor performance to maintain efficiency
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met before aircraft departure
  • Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures
  • Communicate with supervisors and airline representatives regarding cleaning schedules and special requests
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
