Job Requirements
- physical ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- take charge during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
- support training efforts by coaching new team members and reinforcing standards
- jump in wherever needed, from the front counter to the kitchen, to keep things running
- monitor quality, speed, and service to make sure every order meets Wingstop standards
- help manage inventory, cleanliness, and shift flow
- communicate with management and keep the crew motivated and on track
- set the tone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a focus on teamwork
