  • previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
  • ability to lead and supervise team members

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • take charge during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
  • support training efforts by coaching new team members and reinforcing standards
  • jump in wherever needed, from the front counter to the kitchen, to keep things running
  • monitor quality, speed, and service to make sure every order meets Wingstop standards
  • help manage inventory, cleanliness, and shift flow
  • communicate with management and keep the crew motivated and on track
  • set the tone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a focus on teamwork
