Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • Associate s bachelor s or culinary degree
  • Certifications include food handlers alcohol awareness CPR and first aid
  • Proficient with Windows spreadsheets word processing and basic technology
  • Extensive management experience in restaurant bar banquet catering room service and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication problem solving and decision making skills under pressure
  • Skilled in budgeting forecasting labor management and financial analysis
  • Familiar with hotel operations department functions and industry trends
  • Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties

  • Organize direct and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety in all areas while reducing waste and increasing efficiency
  • Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
  • Lead kitchen and service staff and manage each food and beverage outlet to ensure smooth operations
  • Protect sensitive information cash and secure areas maintaining professionalism and integrity
  • Safely travel for company business conducting trips with care
