Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Associate s bachelor s or culinary degree
- Certifications include food handlers alcohol awareness CPR and first aid
- Proficient with Windows spreadsheets word processing and basic technology
- Extensive management experience in restaurant bar banquet catering room service and kitchen operations
- Strong communication problem solving and decision making skills under pressure
- Skilled in budgeting forecasting labor management and financial analysis
- Familiar with hotel operations department functions and industry trends
- Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties
- Organize direct and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety in all areas while reducing waste and increasing efficiency
- Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
- Lead kitchen and service staff and manage each food and beverage outlet to ensure smooth operations
- Protect sensitive information cash and secure areas maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Safely travel for company business conducting trips with care
