Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree required
  • valid certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
  • extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
  • skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • familiarity with hotel operations and industry trends
  • ability to maintain professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service including restaurant and banquets
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and increasing efficiency
  • develop and coordinate menus and events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
  • lead kitchen staff and manage all food outlets to ensure smooth operations
  • secure sensitive information, cash, and restricted areas and represent the company with professionalism and integrity
  • travel safely for company business when required
