Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree required
- valid certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology
- extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure
- skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- familiarity with hotel operations and industry trends
- ability to maintain professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service including restaurant and banquets
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and increasing efficiency
- develop and coordinate menus and events, advising on pricing and banquet setups
- lead kitchen staff and manage all food outlets to ensure smooth operations
- secure sensitive information, cash, and restricted areas and represent the company with professionalism and integrity
- travel safely for company business when required
