Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience
- Food handlers certification required and must comply with State requirements
- Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- Strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

- Anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
- Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity
- Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized always meeting sanitation and safety standards
- Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise keeping service seamless
- Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
