Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience
  • Food handlers certification required and must comply with State requirements
  • Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • Strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred

  • Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity
  • Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized always meeting sanitation and safety standards
  • Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise keeping service seamless
  • Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
