Job Requirements
- Minimum six months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
- Incredibly friendly and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capacity to work flexible hours including peak shifts
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
- Previous barista experience is a major plus
- Friendly customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- Respond to guest requests with urgency and warmth ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity managing deposits
- Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations
- Represent the hotel professionally and enthusiastically maintaining high standards in appearance and interaction
