Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in pastry cooking or baking
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods

  • Willingness to learn and improve skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pastry cook or in a similar culinary role

Job Duties

  • Develop and prepare a wide variety of baked goods and desserts
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership team to design seasonal pastry menus
  • Ensure the use of high-quality, locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed
  • Train and support junior pastry staff members
