Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • minimum of 1-year work experience client service-oriented preferred
  • good customer service skills including tact in handling complaints
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater
  • ability to grasp lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
  • ability to walk bend kneel stand or sit for an extended period of time
  • working knowledge of microsoft outlook word and excel

Job Duties

  • provide concierge-style hospitality support
  • set-up meeting rooms as specified
  • perform walk through of floors to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked with supplies
  • clean pantry and kitchen as needed
  • provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
  • utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
  • provide backup receptionist services
