Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
- Ability to follow facility policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing
- Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work 3 PM to 10 PM shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Respect for resident privacy and rights
Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
- Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments
- Clean and sanitize various facility areas including resident rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
- Collect, sort, wash, iron, fold, and distribute laundry and linen
- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and moving heavy objects
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Report complaints or grievances to supervisors
