Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior laundry experience preferred
- ability to operate industrial washers and dryers
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift linens
- willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- availability to work second shift from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM five days a week including every other weekend
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in laundry or related service industry preferred
- ability to operate industrial laundry equipment safely
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- basic math skills for weighing linen
- physical ability to stand and lift items throughout shift
Job Duties
- Clean and supply designated areas throughout the building
- stock supply rooms with necessary materials
- participate in team meetings
- collaborate together on team projects
- weigh linen to be washed through the use of industrial scales
- load linen into commercial washers
- safely transfer linen to commercial dryers
- keep records of lint trap cleaning and report any deficiencies
- sort through and organize personal clothing items
- deliver linen throughout the facility
- perform other team duties as assigned
