- Must be able to reach overhead, bend, and kneel repetitively and periodically

- Ability to reach overhead, bend, and kneel repetitively
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of laundry machinery and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and reliability
Job Duties
- Pulls and sorts soiled hotel linen
- Manually loads pre-weight articles into washer or wash wheel until machine is loaded to designated capacity
- Closes door and starts machine
- Adds soap, detergents, bleaches and/or washing solutions as required during washing cycles
- Observes machine movement indicator to ensure proper operation to avoid tangling
- Monitors machine operations and reports malfunctions to supervisor
- Keeps records of total weight of wash processed each day
- Loads washed articles into dryers
- Assists with loading and unloading linen carts and transportation to laundry areas
- Assists with feeding and catching tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
