Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to accept assignments on an as-needed basis
- Physically able to perform duties involving standing, lifting and moving garments
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good English communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in laundry and valet services
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Passion for luxury hospitality service
- Familiarity with electronic systems used in laundry operations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Sort and process guest and employee uniforms to exacting standards
- Retrieve and deliver clothing items for guest processing
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry and valet areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Utilize electronic systems for tracking and managing laundry operations
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and company standards
