Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Six months to one year previous experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or related field
- Knowledge of laundry and dry cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with co-workers
- Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action (washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and processes the clothing on the correct equipment using appropriate temperature and chemicals
- Sorts guest items for appropriate action (washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and processes clothing accordingly, then folds or hangs as desired and delivers at the time requested
- Answers telephone calls from guests requiring cleaning or pressing services, logs requests, picks up clothing from guest rooms, counts items and issues receipts, marks guest clothing for identification
- Operates and maintains laundry equipment including washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron
- Reports any problems or deficiencies to the manager promptly
- Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
