- ability to read and follow garment care labels
- passion for laundry
- ability to work independently
- availability to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- previous laundry/valet experience in a luxury hotel preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Operate dry cleaning machine for processing, cleaning and washers, dryers to specified standards for rags, house towels, uniforms, etc., process one hour pressing for guests, spot clean any garments, utilize the tagging system in processing laundry and dry cleaning in the hotel, read all clothing labels and instructions before processing any items, remove spots and stains from garments whenever possible, report any damaged garment to management, steam, presses, and touches up garments in a professional manner in accordance with Four Seasons standards
