Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend over, crawl or kneel
- Possess the ability to learn, comprehend and follow instructions
- Must be able to speak English
- Willingness to travel with overnight stay
- Ability to work overtime
- Additional responsibilities as requested by management
Job Qualifications

- Prior knowledge of fabrics, tools, equipment, and safety practices preferred
- Experience with restoration or laundry services a plus
Job Duties
- Sort, wash, dry and fold laundry
- Learn systems and processes
- Determine cleanability of items
- Operate and maintain equipment according to manufacturer instructions
- Read cleaning labels to determine appropriate cleaning methods
- Respond to insurance claims and coordinate walkthroughs
- Photograph affected areas and damaged goods
- Complete electronic paperwork for claims
- Pick up and deliver textiles and soft goods
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse
- Travel for business needs including overnight stays
- Work overtime when required
- Support other business functions as needed
- Maintain a customer service centric approach
