Job Duties
- Supervise laundry attendants and inspect performance
- maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures
- ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
- anticipate and respond to guest needs
- monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas
- use cleaning chemicals according to regulations
- adhere to health, sanitation, and safety standards
- set up and organize work stations
- monitor chemical and water usage
- handle debris removal
- issue linens and towels to Food and Beverage staff
- document and process laundry requests
- maintain accurate records of dry cleaning and laundry
- report equipment issues and safety hazards
- clean work areas and equipment
- restock chemicals
- complete paperwork and closing duties
- assist in other laundry areas
- attend meetings
- stock laundry supplies
- coordinate with repair personnel to improve machine performance
