Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in a laundry or hospitality setting
- Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
- Current work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English
- Preferred Spanish language skills
- Knowledge of hotel operating systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and challenge diverse teams
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of hotel operating systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and people-oriented personality
- Effective interpersonal skills and team player mindset
- Familiarity with state and local safety regulations such as OSHA
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Fluency in English and preferred proficiency in Spanish
Job Duties
- Administer and control all laundry and valet operations to achieve Four Seasons standards and objectives
- Ensure all linen is clean, circulation is sufficient, and uniforms are clean and available
- Conduct inspection trips to monitor production methods and procedures
- Oversee production reports and ensure all counts and linen are accurately accounted for daily
- Provide ongoing training and refinement opportunities for staff
- Maintain good working relationships with hotel departments and clients
- Develop production schedules to meet client requirements
