Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum age of 17 years
- no previous experience required
- certification in CPR or arrangements to be certified within three months of employment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- capability to lift 20 pounds consistently
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- personal commitment to health and fitness
- availability to work overtime and additional shifts when required

Job Duties
- perform laundry duties
- conduct minor maintenance and cleaning
- maintain adequate supplies such as cups, towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials
- follow emergency procedures as outlined in the operations manual
- apply and enforce BHF rules and regulations
- receive and respond to complaints, comments, and suggestions from clients
- perform light cleaning maintenance duties including vacuuming, dusting, glass cleaning, and wiping sinks and countertops
- fold and maintain towel supplies in locker rooms
- monitor inventory of laundry room supplies
- open and/or close and secure BHF as scheduled or directed
- sort linens, load laundry machines, add cleaning agents, dry and fold or hang items
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs
- maintain laundry equipment and report maintenance needs
- perform additional laundry services when necessary
- remove and restock towels in locker rooms
- participate in department meetings and complete assigned job-related duties and projects
