Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry or related hospitality role preferred
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Capability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- Ability to work with various chemicals and detergents safely
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Experience in a laundry or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area
- Manage stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Deliver courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to a positive work environment for team and guests
