Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- ability to handle chemicals and detergents safely
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- perform a variety of laundry duties including washing drying sorting folding and inspecting linens and terry for wear and stains
- ensure laundry area is kept clean and organized and maintain stock and inventory
- assist cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- provide courteous friendly guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries requests and complaints with a +1 service attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for the diverse team and guests
