Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a laundry or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle and safely use cleaning chemicals and detergents
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to handle a variety of chemicals and detergents safely
- Strong attention to detail to inspect linens for wear, tear, and stains
- Good communication skills for guest interaction
- Prior experience in laundry or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Performing laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding and inspecting linens and terry
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Managing laundry stock and inventory
- Assisting with cleaning rooms and public spaces as needed
- Providing courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Responding promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contributing to a positive work environment for team and guests
