Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- Ability to handle chemicals and detergents safely
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping roles beneficial
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and safe use of chemicals and detergents
- Ability to follow verbal directions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and guest service orientation
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Job Duties
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding and inspecting linens and terry
- Ensure laundry area is clean and organized
- Maintain stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints
- Contribute to a positive work environment
