Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry for wear and tear and stains
- ensure laundry area is kept clean and organized
- maintain stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- provide courteous and friendly guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for the team and guests
- follow laundry procedures and safety protocols for handling chemicals and detergents
