Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing commercial laundry operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment troubleshooting
- Proficiency in inventory control and scheduling software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing high-volume commercial laundry operations preferably in a hospitality environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong team leadership time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and operational issues
- Proficient in inventory control and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including days evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Oversee commercial laundry operations including washing drying folding and delivery
- Manage and train laundry staff ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance with on-site facilities staff and 3rd-party vendors
- Maintain inventory of detergents chemicals and supplies
- Implement quality assurance processes to meet client expectations
- Schedule and maintain accurate records of employee hours and timely processing of weekly payroll
- Collaborate on creating and managing budgets controlling costs and optimizing workflow
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and Delaware North GreenPath environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and resolve service issues promptly
