  • Coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping and Uniform
  • Recruit, train, and supervise laundry staff
  • Schedule and allocate work assignments
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of laundry equipment
  • Implement safety procedures for chemical handling
  • Conduct regular safety inspections
  • Promote sustainable laundry practices
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to laundry

  • Manage the laundry department's budget
