Job Requirements
- Must have experience driving boxed trucks or other delivery trucks
- some related work experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and carrying of objects up to 25 lbs
- ability to walk or stand for significant periods
- ability to reach, handle, feel, talk, hear, and see
- willingness to work in extreme temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read English to fully comprehend job requests and caution notices
- ability to perform duties in extreme temperature ranges
- ability to learn and perform all essential functions accurately and safely with minimal supervision within training period
Job Duties
- Collect and transport linen and other items from and to several destinations
- ensure that vehicles are always in good working condition
- inspect and report any damage and scratches
- ensure that the truck is always fueled and cleaned
- maintain flexibility to accommodate last-minute requirements from any department
