Job Duties
- Greet any and all guests with a proper greeting
- launder all dirty towels
- fold towels and stock them on shelves
- accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures
- clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen
- stock amenity table for afternoon
- report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas
- return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found
- quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
- take on responsibilities outside of this job description as needed
