Job Requirements
- High school diploma is preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to laundry services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow logging procedures accurately
- Commitment to guest service excellence

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a proper greeting
- Launder all dirty towels
- Fold towels and stock them on shelves
- Manage pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures
- Clear laundry chute of dirty linen
- Stock amenity table for afternoon
- Report any damages, hazards, repairs, or strangers in assigned areas
- Return items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to lost and found
- Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take on responsibilities outside of job description when needed
