- Ability to manage inventory flow among employees
- Positive and courteous communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good physical condition to perform lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic inventory management skills
Job Duties
- Maintain order and neatness in the laundry room
- Practice safety protocols always to prevent injury
- Follow established guidelines for handling soiled linen
- Provide clean linens in a timely manner to Room Attendants
- Sort linens for washer
- Apply approved cleaning agents to remove stains
- Operate washers and dryers properly
- Fold all linens per hotel standards
- Wash banquet, kitchen, and breakfast laundry
- Wash bedspreads, bed pads, and blankets
- Notify management of inventory needs
- Assist housekeeping with cleaning and other tasks
- Perform various duties assigned by Supervisor
