Job Requirements
- Prior laundry experience
- Customer service experience
- Schedule flexibility for PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Strong command of English language
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to take direction from a supervisor or manager
- Consistent punctuality
- Physical strength to lift, pull and push minimum 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior laundry experience
- Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- Strong command of English language including speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multi-task

- Schedule flexibility for PM shifts, weekends and holidays

- Physical ability to lift, pull and push moderate to heavy weights (minimum 40 lbs)

Job Duties
- Process hotel and guest laundry including pressing, sorting and folding
- Use commercial pressing and folding equipment responsibly
- Program and log laundry operations
- Maintain cleanliness in laundry and surrounding areas
- Deliver welcoming, helpful and exceptional service to hotel guests
- Collaborate with team members to meet laundry service standards
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols in laundry handling
