Job Requirements
- Prior laundry experience required
- Customer service experience is required
- Must have schedule flexibility for PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to take direction from a supervisor or manager
- Ability to show up to work on time on consistent basis for scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amount of weight (minimum of 40 lbs)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move moderate distances
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior laundry experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to follow directions from supervisors
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- Process hotel and guest laundry including pressing, sorting and folding
- Operate commercial pressing and folding equipment
- Program and log laundry operations accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area
- Provide welcoming, helpful and exceptional guest service
- Follow directions from supervisors and managers
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
