Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Physical ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs
- Must have a can-do attitude and a willingness to maintain steady workflow

Job Duties
- Maintain a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel on a daily basis
- Perform all stages of linen processing including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading washers and dryers, ironing, folding, storing, and delivering
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry machinery and laundry area
- Monitor stock levels of laundry supplies and notify the manager when supplies are low
- Respond to guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform additional laundry services as needed such as room cleaning, deliveries to guest rooms upon request, and houseperson duties
