Job Requirements
- Less than high school education
- Up to six months related experience or training
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people
- Physical ability to stand, walk, talk or hear regularly
- Ability to lift and or move 10-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently

Job Duties
- Washing of all dirty towels
- Folding towels and stocking on shelves
- Pick up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures
- Clearing the chute of any dirty linen
- Stock amenity table for afternoon
- Greet any and all guests with a good morning or appropriate greeting
- Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas
- Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways or back of the house to the lost and found
- Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
